We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and that is why we have introduced a no quibble returns policy. Not only can you return or swap an item but, if it is faulty, we will refund the cost of the postage to do that. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with what you receive then please get in touch immediately. Please note that we cannot accept returns of cut fabric unless it is faulty.
Items can be returned to us if they were purchased from our website. Any items purchased from one of our stockists should be returned to the stockist.
If your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. If you do accept the package and then find that it is damaged please photograph it and send it back to us.
If you wish you can swap an item as long as it is unused and within 2 weeks of purchase. Please note we cannot accept returns of cut fabric unless faulty.
